Hello friends I m the user of " Bajaj finserv" card user since 6year.


During this period I applied for moratorium on consumer durable loan of monthly Emi 1290/- and 1492/- . Through mail ( mentioned by Bajaj finseve mail id-wecare@bajajfinserv.in dated on 26/4/2020) . The details are given below loan account  406SFPFT294614.


Emi amount -1290/-


Principal outstanding ( till date) 11972/-.


After doing all the formalities still they are putting for ecs payment and making bounce charges.


Is it true and fair enough. I m sharing some details of screenshot. Bajaj finserve making hidden and unnecessary charges and making additional burden on consumer. This should not be done.


Poor services.
