I tool PL from Bajaj finance around 2.5 years back and that time I was also given one insurance for the same. I purchased the insurance for around 25k and till date I did not receive any document for the same. Even after closing the loan there is no clue for that. I am thankful to my relationship manager who is still answering my calls and trying to clear the mess.
Customer service: Not satisfactory, promises done at the time of attaching client, none of them delivered fully.
Rates and charges are higher than market, it is claimed that services and features are better but it is not the case.
Overall satisfaction is not that good. I would rate 2.5 out of 5.
Staff attitude is better.
