I purchased a mobile phone on EMI using bajaj finserv services.

rates and charges the rates are too high as compared to other platforms and other financing services.the charges included are too high and they tell that we will get the best plan and at low prices as compared to other finance companies but it is not so. all the plans are too high and the rates are even too high.

staff attitude they are told to behave in a better and positive manner and they do so until the services are not levied upon you as soon as you become there customer they treat you like you are no one to them no support and service.

customer service is too bad as I called regarding my doubt related to high charges deduction and every day there was something different that I noticed which was harmful as I needed to pay more for it and they didn't attended me a positive manner.

satisfaction you are not satisfied with there services as you don't enjoy for what you pay and you pay more than what you get.so please try to have a clear look before taking there policies.
