Experia account has huge hidden costs. I requested for 9.4L pre-approved emi, wherein they charged me 60, 000 for insurance which they never informed. I asked to cancel but they said you only read and have'signed' everything, cant undo!
However, I made multiple drawdowns in the next 6 months since I needed the money for my new startup expenses.(I regretted not taking a personal loan instead). But their portal would never update the new emi after the drawdown. Result: 3 emis bounced in 6 months. Moreover, they never informed about upcoming emi payment. Going further: They immediately REACHOUT TO CIBIL TO LOWER MY CIBIL SCORE for an amount as little as 1600 rupees, a score which I have painstakenly increased beyond 800 by paying every type of loan on the planet for the last 11 years.
They never informed me about my CIBIL score getting reduced.
Then they suddenly BLOCK my account so that I cant make any further drawdowns. Only then I investigate and discover all the mischief they have been doing without my knowledge.
I payout whatever are my dues and then ask them to UNBLOCK my account since I urgently need money for my startup
They simply say "sorry" and that they have a policy which prohibits them to unblock my account since it is 720 now(because of their own mischief) and that they cant unblock till it reaches 750.
When and how do I reach 750 from 720-noone knows, noone can tell, it is all system generated.
These guys lowered my score within 6 months which I built in the last 11 years and never defaulted on amounts far larger than what I pay them.
Now I have to approach consumer forum helpline since they are not even listening to me. I wish I had never dealt with them.
These people are truly dangerous to your financial health and you deal with them at your own peril!
