I am existing customer for 3 to 4 years.Over all it was not that good with Bajaj because I faced many difficulties to get the loan.
But I had no other go so I had to apply with Bajaj finance.I have taken a personal loan with Bajaj Finserv and very disappointed with the services.
They informed me that I have got a pre approval loan and collected only limited documents and processed it without informing me any details and confirming with me. After the funds were transferred to my account I got to know that the rate of interest was of 28%.
I am going to close my loan.I suggest that hence forth they should be more transparent with the details to the customer.When compared with Bajaj finserv, Kotak personal loan is good. When compared with others the charges are very high with Bajaj finserv.I am getting very less loan amount and the charges are high.Interest rate part is not satisfactory in Bajaj Finserv as they are very high and also the charges are heavy comparing to other banks.
