Though this review is coming late, but its important to write this. Better late than never.
I had ordered a nice pink coloured Kiara Bag. I recieved the product and the same day I was supposed to travel out of city and in my excitement took the bag and removed the tag.
My mistake was I din't checked the bag in detail. I realised the next day that one of the starp of the bag was cut and was stick with some glue. Once I was back from my travel I raised a complaint stating that defective bag has been sent across to me.
Instead of resolving the issue by getting return pickup done, I was told to courier the product on my own to their Delhi address.
That was my first and last purchase from this online shopping portal.
