Badminton is really a good game which can keep human body fit in all the aspects. Its good when you playing it continuously, We should encourage this game as cricket.
I started to play badminton at the age of 9yrs, and continued to it till now @31yrs. During my school/college time, I played in good level. after joining office, It was difficult to spare time for game. although, determined to be continue in this game till end of my life.
I play cricket once in week. but badminton daily @0530am for 1.5 hours(except sunday).
So, my message to all : dedication is must require for any achievement.
