Bacca Bucci Footwear. Review on Bacca Bucci Footwear

I bought a pair of Bacca Bucci shoes recently, but I am disappointed with them. Although they looked good and arrived on time, they are already showing signs of wear and tear, like the soles separating from the upper part and stitching coming apart. Moreover, the shoes are not as soft as they were before. When I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful and did not offer any solution. They asked me to return the shoes at my own expense, but their return policy was confusing. I wouldn't recommend Bacca Bucci shoes to anyone as their quality is poor and their customer service is terrible.
