Axis bank is pushing Debit card and credit card. Review on Axis Bank

Axis bank is pushing Debit card and credit card through IVR and ATM machines.

Once I withdraw money from Axis bank and it asked me several questins after the transaction. I didn't pay attention and clicked yes. After 2/3 days I got a message that my bank account got debited with Rs 1780(around). I went to the nearest branch and they asked me to call the IVR, the representative said I applied for a Axis debit card for which I am charged Rs. 1780. I was surprised ans pissed off. I cancelled the card, but my money will not be returned. Today I got an email from Axis saying'Thanks for applying for Credit card' application no .so and so. This is awful. I called up the IVR and they said the card is not approved yet hence they can't give me any details. Like how they previously said - the card is already approved so they can't revert my Rs 1780. Seems they will take my money again from my Savings account. There were multiple IVR calls coming these days from Axis to me saying I have a preapproved Credit card from AXIS. Never thought Axis will be into this fraud game. Such a shame!
