please dont ever try to speak with customer care they simply drag for 10 to 20 min reply any query and you loose intrest.
in my case last week I requested for add on credit card, customer care person helped me and registerd my request after speaking for almost 20 min and promised to deliver with in 7-10 days. today I wanted to check the status of credit card dispatch but some other person took almost 10 min to check and reply it takes 21 working days. they dont have proper information to communicate and they mislead customers. I am travelling abroad and badely in need of credit card for my wife but now there is no use of this bank even though I am loyal customer from past 12 years and not even single payment default. rediculus customer care and bank. please avoid this bank. I will try to change this bank in future.
