Hello friends today I am going to review on The public sector bank Axis bank limited.i have own my account in this bank past 2 years. I am sharing my personal experiences as follows.
1.when I goes for the account opening they told me best offers for me and told me that you are very lucky customer for opening a account of 25000 rs. I opened a account of 25000 rs. when I withdraw a amount of 25000 rs they told me that there is a minimum balancing charges applied if I withdraw this amount than I will pay extra charges and etc.
the second things in the bank has only two branches in bhilwara district so I am not able to reach any time because of destination.
yesterday I were goes for the pass book entry they done my work and printed pass book but when I told him for a statement so they told that u will be charged 118 rs for a statement.
atm is not properly maintained in city always messaged on screen temporary out of services visit our nearest branch.
customer service executive also very bad. they not provided services as well. the bank has very high charges for all the things.
I don't recommended to open bank account in axis bank lld worst service provider
