cornew123 is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

I had a deduction of 500 plus 18% service tax. Trying to call customer service to know the details since last half an hour, no one taking the call. IVR is useless. It doesn't understand entries correctly. I am frustrated with the bank and it's service.
