Auto cad is software product from autodesk. its a 2d drafting and 3d modelling software. I am using this software for more than 4 years.
I am architect by profession I find this software more useful for me. before we used to do manual drafting and there will be more errors in drafting after introducing this softaware its very useful for us.
Manual drafting takes more time to draft and not so accurate sometimes but autocad software is time consuming to draft and very accurate also. It has more options and very easy to use it. Even any form is easy to derive using this software than Manual drafting.
In manual drafting we have to use flexi curves and compasses to draft but in autocad with key options we can finish it within a short time. if we know all the key options its very easy to work in autocad
This software is useful fore civil persons, architects, drafspersons amd interior designers. to have good drafting details. Those who did not know to work with key options and shortcuts finds difficult to work with this software
