Further update to the story, on 10th April someone calls me from their customer service and says the blood test results are expected in 2 weeks from the date of test there fore 12th of april. Today is 16th of April and no report/refund has come. From terrible to pathetic.
On the 27th of April I visited their outpatient department with a prior appointment to meet Dr Naresh Bhat. After the usual 30-40 minutes wait, I was met by a lady doctor who had no name(not Dr. Naresh Bhat for Sure). I was not explained by some other doctor was consulting me. Anyways I accepted the counsel and submitted a blood test costing 6600/- Rupees. The results I was told will take a week and that it will definitely ready by 3rd April the following Wednesday. I have been calling them since. On the 6th of April, the lab reports folks tell me that the test has been outsourced to SRL and it will definitely be ready by Monday the 8th and it will be emailed. Today on 9th, they repeat the same story. When I demand that they refund the fees as the reports are no more relevant, I am put on hold for 8 minutes and the call is cut.
For the money they charge and the drama they put out, the real service is terribly low.
