The worst about the site is, there is no way you can get update about your Order. They are E-Commerce site but they dont have proper online customer care.
For even a small thing you have to call the customer care.
Even customer care doesn't know the status. I have ordered 9 "working days", and when I asked the status, they told me that Item is available in Stock.
This is the pathetic service. Sometimes their price may attract you, but without any proper customer support everything is waste of time only. Suppose you have to return the product, then also you need to call those guys.
