once you confirm an order, you get an email saying order confirmed.
But they do not send any confirmation for payment made as a prepaid order.
I did not see any followup emails/sms etc telling any progress of them product I ordered
and one fine day after about 10-12 days the order was delivered
product or price may be competitive
BUT
they need to improve their after order followup and cusutomer needs feedback
also
