Unauthorised fraud trade !!!. Review on Arihant Capital Markets

Hello everyone, I have my trading account with arihant capital markets and I am using it from 1 year approx but few months back I have seen a unfortunate incident that one of this company official employee has cheated me and done very unprofessional behavior towards me . He did trading in my account without my permission as a result I suffered huge financial loss in this .

Then I contacted the branch manager for that issue and he is saying that he raised a complaint regarding this and my money will be refunded soon and he will deduct the money from employee salary as he accept his crime and its been more than 2 months of issue but they didn't refunded my amount till now . I called many times on there customer care number and I also complaint many times to the branch manager but nothing helped me out and now I am suffering my loss . This is a very fraud company that allow his employee to trade without the permission of customer . I am very disappointed with this type of response from company .
