Aquant is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
The bath fittings in my master bathroom are all Aquant products -- stone washbasin, integrated shower system with rain-shower, hand shower, WC and a shaving mirror -- that I had purchased from one of their authorised dealers in Mumbai some 6 years ago. I had decided to go with this brand at the time because their designs are great, materials used are of good quality and the products are not absurdly priced unlike certain other premium brands.
Although recently I had faced an issue with the shower knob (it had gotten loose over time), my complaint was promptly responded to. The technician who visited my place a couple of days later was very professional. This is a reliable brand.
As I have been thinking of renovating my entire home and both my bathrooms in the near future, I had the chance to visit Aquant's flagship display centre at Andheri, Mumbai last January. I haven’t seen so many fresh new sanitary ware designs on display at any other showroom in Mumbai yet. I'm very likely to end up installing Aquant's products when renovating.
I recommend this brand.
