I bought My Insurance product form Apollo Munich In 2017 June. My policy covered app type of disease. I had Chikungunya couple of months back. I had a treatment at Anand Hospital. After that, I claimed 24500 INR bill from Apollo Munich Insurance. They told me to fill up a form and wait for the process. It was clearly mentioned in policy that company will pay within 15 days of the claim. They took 45 days to process my case. I didn’t expect this kind of worst service from them. Their service is not up to mark. I do not recommend Apollo Munich.
