I am holding a policy(easy health) for my family(including my wife and the newly born female child). Apart from this, my brother( with his wife), sister(with her Husband and child) & my father( mother included) also holds separate policy from this company.


My newly born child was marked as male in the policy( the form was filled by the person in the Laxmi Nagar center and I just provided him the details). I contacted the center and filled the endorsement form and also provided with the birth certificate from the authority. However, it has been more than 3 weeks but nothing has been done. I have tried contacting the Laxmi nagar center multiple times but they are elusive and every time they says that it will be corrected soon. Every time I call them, they say they will be calling back in an hour but never do so.


In particular, its **Mr. Darshan and Mr Rahul** from this center whom I have spoken with( I had given the endorsement form to Mr Darshan). These people never tell their last names so that in case any complaint is filed, they can escape.


I am even thinking of switching to an other policy next year along with my brother, father and sister if nothing is done in this regard.
