Hi,
I had a Amex corporate card applied and received through my company. Recently I misplaced my card and wanted to book some travel tickets for some urgent business trip.
I called up the customer care and asked the card number so that I can book the ticket. He verified all my details and blocked the card and raised a request for new card. after that within hour I found my card immediately called him to unblock the card. but Amex do not have the facility to unblock eventhough I verify all my identities. If it could have wrongly blocked then what will be the use of this security?
They have unlimited credit limit and lot of highfi benefits, but it is sad that there is no way to unblock and to wait untill the new card gets generated and couriered.
