Challenge - Before joining the coaching program my business did not have a significant digital presence.
After enrolling for the program and getting someone to mentor us, we are able to significantly increase our digital presence on platforms like India Mart and Amazon as well as Google reviews which eventually led to an increase in our revenue.
Challenge - Unorganized departments and division of work
Solution - Through a proper and structured guidance given by my mentor, we were able to address this issue to an extent. This helped us in effectively and efficiently improve the day to day tasks.
Overall the experience was good. I being a fresher in business personally got to learn a lot from my mentor who has been instrumental in guiding us throughout this journey.
