Firstly and most importantly this hotel is not in Haridwar.its location is 18 kms before haridwar near patanjali. Well the staff at this hotel doesnt deserve to be there as they really dont know anytjing about hospitality. Hotel shows valet parking but there is noy valet parking and nobody is bothered to carry your luggage from car to reception. Though they say early check ins are possible subject to availability but they dont give room even the occupancy is 0. There is nothing around hotel except patanjali and hotel takes full advantages of this by overcharging for everything . worst experience
