Amazon India will leave you high and dry when a product is stolen from the package. Even if it’s an Amazon fulfilled delivery.

Amazon’s shabby investigation is just to close the case rather than to solve the customer pain of loosing big money.

I had a horrible experience today , iPad mini I ordered was missing in the package delivered on 30th Dec.

I reported and today investigation report is “we have concluded the product was in the package when delivered”. Irony is the package is sealed and no one other than customer can know the contents. But yet they declare they saw the product in the package when I received it. They never even tried to get the information about package condition during the course of investigation. Meaning they never investigated.

Fact is , The package is torn on the side, item taken out by someone in the supply chain and the tear is concealed by the caution sticker.

Amazon is not even willing to listen to the facts and keep repeating the same dumb statement of “ product was in the package when delivered” without even thinking they’re being illogical.

Team Amazon India will be rude and cut the call if you try to ask them to persue the investigation further. Please beware of the package condition when you receive as Amazon will let you suffer and loose without any efforts.
