I ordered a power bank in which I was offered a return request validity till one month, and as the order came the product quality was really bad and not as shown or described.
I placed a return request and it was also approved but later they made a clause the seller will not take a return request if the product is not damaged which was earlier not mentioned.
I tried to make them understand but it was of no use.
