I recently bought a new phone on Amazon and also paid delivery charges for a guaranteed delivery where I was promised guaranteed delivery in 2 days. Since this was a gift I chose the guaranteed delivery. I have been chasing the customer service since last 2 days, but they seem to be clueless on the delivery.all I get is a false promise that it will be delivered today.folks beware of this, they don't have any system or process to really know the exact status and they are just fleecing the customers by Charging the extra delivery fees.
