I have purchased bluetooth speaker Order ID 402-5702242-3849961. I have received this item as defective(FM radio not working) hence I have raised return-refund option and I am struggling since last one week. Neither seller not Amazon.in is responding to return request and they are keep rejecting request with various reasons e.g. 1. " the product has to be returned in unopened and unused condition as per Amazon policy", 2. "Buyer has not taken reasonable care" etc.
They are giving all such illogical reasons and not agree to refund the money for defective product. They also have something like "A-to-z Guarantee Program" which is just hopeless. There is no guarantee for defective product from Amazon.in. Pls be careful and you will be struggling a lot and might not even get refund if you will receive defective product.
