For the past few years I have been regularly shopping online. Among the sites I have used most often, Amazon.in is definitely one.
The aspects which I have liked and disliked about the site are:
Positives:
Wide range of products, allowing us to make a choice based on our budget and expectation of quality. The ad which runs "aur dikhao, aur dikhao" seems appropriate.
The specification of products are brief and to the point.
For eBook purchases, the downloads are instantaneous.
The reviews provided also give us a fair idea about what to expect.
Negatives:
The delivery of products is not always on time.
Though I have personally no experience about return-of-product handling, I have heard, that it is not as good as some other similar sites.
