The Amazon shopping website is fantastic but it's app is not upto the mark. When you visit the amazon app, you will see that you are facing lagging issues, payment issues and a really boring interface.
First lets talk about Lagging or speed of the app. Whenever I am surfing the Amazon website and it transfer my page to the amazon app already installed in my phone, the half of the app in the phone displays while other half of the app is not visible. Sometimes the app appears after some seconds and sometimes it doesn't appears at all. Then I have to open the amazon app first and then search the product I were searching for in the website. This problem is really annoying for me.
Second is the payment issue.
Never in my life I have had a smooth payment through the amazon app. Here or there, it always stops and I had to make my payment 2-3 times to make it happen. Payments should be made effortless for customers satisfaction because online sending money is crucial nowadays. The process should be made easy. The third thing I encountered while searching on the amazon app that I has a really boring and childlike interface and design. When I open the app the interface doesn't helps me to soothe my mind so that I can search on the app effortlessly. I wish that the amazon app designs its app more user friendly from now on.
