I have ordered many products from Amazon.in but recently an incident was happened to me. I ordered a mobile phone which is panasonic product I got it next day but in details it was told me that it is 4g but when it came to me I came to know that it is a 3g product. I complained very much but every time another person pick the call but at last they came and exchange the product but I was complaining from last 13 days. Amazon service is very slow. They should improve this.
