I am going to give my point of view about amazon.
Amazon is the biggest e commerce company of world. Usualy lots of things I purchased from this site and I satisfied too, but sometimes I am not fully satisfied like when your items that u purchased, in shipping then that part was damage and when you checked your status then its shows your item was delivered.
After that I call customare care helpline number, after talk with him again I am not satisfied.
When I call next time to resolve my problem then I was fully satisfied.
I wish that company give its best in future.
