Bad behaviour of owners son with customer. Review on Amarsons Pearls & Jewels

Good evening everyone I am col Archana posted in Hyderabad i had terrible experience about amarsons pearls and jewellers

I had given a diamond ring for alteration which I purchased from there.

I had been given the number of this gentleman whose name is Sunay, who I believed is son of owner for further .

enquiry.

On due date i rang that number and enquired abot ring after many calls he picked up i requested him to inform me whether my ring is ready he replied to me rudely to call after sometime, when I called later he disconnected my phone and continuously he was disconnecting all my calls hence perforce i had to send a message to him to inform about my ring and further told them that their this type of behavior with customer is not appropriate.

When I went to the shop to collect my ring he started shouting on me that why i had given such message and further misbehaved with me and denied to give my ring back or to pay again.

When I told him to behave properly and informed him that i m an army officer he told rudely that I neither care about u nor army.his behavior was very bad and totally not up to the mark he was showingarrogance that he is ownners son .

I request all defence forces officers avoid purchasing from a shop who doesn't has respect for army and army officers
