In our Apartment, Mahadevapura there are two service providers. Airwire and ACT. Due to Airwire Poor Service many of the people moved to ACT. Airwire guys used to barge into the premises and disconnect the wires of ACT and also they damaged the wires of ACT broadband in many places in Mahadevapura.
Airwire service guys come to your place if there are any problems but do not expect any professional behaviour from them. If you have any Billing issue whatever they say would be final. You will be helpless by seeing the kind of guys coming and knocking your door for bill collection. They do not have online payment facility too.
