How Airtel befools its prepaid customers

I am a prepaid customer of airtel mobile for quite some time. My subscribed plan UL PLAN 399 was good until May 14, 2020. I recharged one month advance on April 14, 2020 with ONE YEAR PLAN(Rs 1498/) Transaction ID 881530343.


My new plan was supposed to start wef May 15, 2020 and should be valid up to May 14, 2021. But, the company started my new plan along with the older plan(which was still valid) from the day I recharged for 1498/ Thus, the company defrauded me for the money for 1 month. Their CC executives are NOT available. So, I wrote the company 3-4 emails, and they always advise me to use Airtel Thanks app, which only shows the date of recharge, available data etc. So, this is ver bad on part of Airtel. Probably, everyone should understand how these houses have become billionaires. A big fortune of these companies has been made by defrauding the customers.
