Airtel has been my major network for the past 5 years. Though I was a average mobile data user I used to pay a very high amount for data and even for calls. Uptill the past few years airtel had the fastest browsing speeds to which I agree but their plans aint value for the money we pay. But the most horrible truth of Airtel is that they aren't communicating properly with their customers. The tech support doesn't even provide satisfactory information to the users! Most customer cars executives won't even have proper knowledge about the problem. And few lag proper use of language. One of the best network available in India but they need to come up with plans that are resonable for the common people. Also improvise their customer service.
