Taking Airtel prepaid was the worst choice that I have made. I have used rel, tata too; they are bad but airtel is worst. These guys activate services without your knowledge and keep on deducting money.
It is very difficult to reach customer care and even if u reach them then they will not happily disconnect your line. we can only try to reach between 9 to 5 pm after that its like winning a lottery if you reach customer care. Most of the cc rep are pathetic and they don't know anything.
Also their converge is going bad day by day; days are gone when airtel was the best service providers now it is the worst. Airtel is competing with with tata and rel to beat them in the worst providers and I think they are the completely up to it.
One more thing even if you go to airtel customer care center then you will feel the same experience. No help they just don't want to customers.
I am not gonna have any airtel connections in future.
