It has the best network compared to all other mobile operators. Everyone accepts it. But the most irritating part in using this Airtel operator is their customer support. I have experienced the worst customer service from them. They don't really care about their customers. They tell us fake words. I called them once for a problem to be solved, they said they will rectify within an hour, but it took 2 days for them to rectify the problem. Now coming to the charges. They charge a lot compare to other services. I'm using this sim right now only because it has good network and I haven't recharge my airtel sim since last 6 months. It is not used only because most of my friends have my airtel number with them. I use jio sim which has far better offers than this airtel operator.
