Lately, I have been facing a lot of issue with Airtel network. I MNPed to Airtel from Tata thinking that the airtel has the best coverage in bangalore. So far so good BUT for the last couple of months, I cant even have a single call in a day without intermittent disturbances.
I cant have a good quality call using airtel. On the contrary, T24 has been doing a good job and I can take calls from anywhere in my home and not just the balconies(as is the case with airtel recently)
I am going to have to move to tata again assuming T24 is their network and has good quality network.
Airtel: I think you have more than required customer base to let go off your few(many) loyal customers. Bye bye airtel.
