I have been using their connection since more than two years now. Earlier the picture& signal quality used to be good. Since past few months its gone really bad with some or the other problem causing dish relocation or some or the other part change.
The customer care too is not so attentive as earlier making it worse& an uphill task to get things done which wasnt the case earlier. I dont know whether its the cause of cost cutting or too much load of users but the quality has deteriorated a lot!
Hope its attented to soon till then I would not recommend to go with airtel instead tata sky is much better& gives 100% signal with great picture quality!
