Airtel DTH is one of the worst service provider in DTH.I took this connection from last 1.5 years and still I am not able to see so many channels, before they said within 3 months channels get added, but still am not able to see some channels ex.News9 english channel and Suvarna News 24/7 kannada news channel.
Now Suvarna news 24/7 is available, but for that we have to change the direction of the Dish, so they said they will send their enginneer within 3 days, btu now it is almost a month nobody came and called us. I raised this request 3-4 times but no use, they will disconnect the call seeing my ID and requests.
Please never ever go to Airtel DTH.
It is very important after sales service but its not a believable service provider.
