It was my biggest mistake that I have decided to buy this product as airtel has a good name. But unfortunately I am having very bad experiences with airtel. After few days of installation the picture quality has become hazy and lot of disturbances are observed in the picture. Inspite of my repeated complaints to Airtel for the problem with the complaints numbers like 1477960 dated 13.11.09 , 1485718 Dt. 15.11.09 and 1528613 dt. 24.11.09.
No response has been offered from ait tel. there persons have called so many times and asked for the complin but no body come ahead to solve the problem.
I am basically situated in Kalpakkam which is nearer to Chennai/Changalpattu . I personally request to every one that be careful from Airtel DTH for their WORST services, specially in the above area.
