I've been using Airtel Broadband for about 3 years now. and love their service. a very good ISP. I am only seeing they are getting better in terms of service and their tariff plans has greatly improved with better speed and reduced rentals. I hardly call for support. when I do my request gets addressed the same day!
All the negatives reviews I see here is surprising. Their service in Bangalore is great is what I can tell.
They have new plans with speeds from 2Mbps to 20Mbps. So Airtel users, its time you change your old plan to new ones to get better speed and more usage data.
