Be it Bengaluru/ Shimoga. have trouble with a good network. Always have a problem with quality of calls we make and have to go out of the house to catch the signal in the center of the city.
Now, we are under a family plan of 3-4 Sims under my dad's name. He gets admitted in Covid ward. Mom's sim is old and damaged. When I go with all the relevant documents, they deny issuing a new sim, because an isolated, admitted patient can't walk down to this store to take a live picture of himself! Neither mine/ nor my mom's pic suffice! Even banks have a nominee but not Airtel!
