I just upgraded my connection from 24mbps to 100mbps in Bangalore, I was thinking I will get blazing speeds. To my surprise, from 24mbps it went down to 2.4 mbps!
Every time I complain via phone or email they have a standard template which says "Let meassure you that the issue would be resolved by within 24 hours. For further queries, please do email. I will be delighted to assist you. "But nothing happens, and customers are left stranded like fools.
There is no -ve stars, else I would have given -5 stars!I would never recommend Airtel broadband(high speed fiber) to anyone. If you are happy with your current Airtel net speed, stick with it don't upgrade!
