All things are good about this product, but the activation process is a big big pain.
With information moving here and there and no one knows what is going on.
I receive the sim card which needs to be activated and I receive a message also that certain request number has been assigned to activate my number.
Now when I call the customer care to activate the number. I get two shocks.
The registered mobile number was different from the one I was calling(although I had already received an sms on the same number.
The sim was issued one month back and since it was not activated it was cancelled(well I got the sim just 5 days back.
Complete confusion, and this is the second time it has happened with me. Product is good, but somehow the processes are screwed up.
So if you want to go for this, make sure you be prepared to have a hard time activating it.
