I have been using aircel postpaid since 1 year and I am facing too many issue with aircel.
I had taken their 99 Rs. plan in which I am getting 99 STD & local minutes, 99 SMS local & STD & 375 MB 3G data.
Aircel does not catch even 2G signals while using 3G Internet & they deduct charges without any reason as well.
As before 15 days they deducted my 50 Rs. for some caller tune which I had not subscribed, When I got sms regarding that service immidiately I had a talk with their customer care & they told me there is some technical issues going on & we had deacticvated this service & will provide you refund within 7-10 working days.
Their services are not as per the expectations, now I am planning to port my number into airtel.
