Air India, one of the airlines in India, very bad in punctuality, need to improve a lot,
it never be on time, staff behaviour is not good, they are arrogant towards the customers, customer service is very bad,
they are taking too much time to respond,
service reliability is not at all good in any aspect, they are taking much time in check in,
the management should take the responsibility and need to improve the service in all aspects otherwise it remains as worst airline.
