I have booked for shifting my household goods for 19th March 25. As committed they have not sent their own vehicle and taken vehicle from market which was not as per agreed terms. The vehicle was bigger than required resulting damages to household items.
Further due to mistake I paid excess amount [1000], which they confirmed but yet not refunded despite all efforts from my side.
