Even in two full days ACT TV is sometimes unable to resolve outages. I very much doubt that other vendors would take so much time. I would not recommend ACT TV to anyone. At the time I purchased it I was really short of options but I regret it so much now. ACT Broadband in comparison isn't as bad as ACT TV.
