Internet service down since 3 days. Multiple tickets, 3 phone calls listening to stupid music for 6-8 minutes every time. Promise to send engineer within 1 hour. There is no intent of service with this pathetic company. One starts pitying the service agents after sometime as they struggle to keep their poise with agitated customers suffering for days. There should be a penalty for failure of service. Luckily these pathetic so called service providers are in India and will survive with such non-existent service. Doesn't deserve even half a star.
